The lemon and lavender provide beautiful highlights that make these cookies flavorful.\nIt might be exactly what you need to make on a sunny Sunday afternoon or when winter has no end in sight. These cookies will definitely bring you joy .<\/p><\/br>\n\n\n<div class='one_half'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ingredients\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p>1 cup (125 g) powdered sugar\n\u2154 cup (150g) butter at room temperature\n1 large egg\nLemon juice from 1 one lemon\n2 cups (250g) all purpose flour\n1 teaspoon (4g) baking powder\n<a href=\"https:\/\/hristasherbs.com\/en\/tuote\/lavender-50g\/\">1 teaspoon (5g) edible dried lavender<\/a>\n\u00bc (2g) teaspoon salt\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class='one_half et_column_last'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/hristasherbs.com\/en\/tuote\/lavender-50g\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1503\" src=\"https:\/\/hristasherbs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Blog-sitruuna-laventeli-voikeksit-3.jpg.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"375\" height=\"500\"><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class='clear'><\/div><\/p>\n\n\n<div class='one_half'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"instructions\">Instructions<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Beat the butter with the sugar until smooth and fluffy. Make sure the butter is at room temperature. If it is not, place it in the microwave for 20 seconds. If it is not soft, you will not be able to beat it with the sugar properly.\n&#8211; Add the egg and lemon juice and keep mixing.\n&#8211; Add flour, baking powder, salt, and lavender.\n&#8211; Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic foil and refrigerate it for 30 mins.\n&#8211; Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180C.\n&#8211; Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Using a rolling pin, roll dough to a 1.5cm thickness. Cut cookies in any shape you want.\n<em>Tip:<\/em> In order to roll the dough easily you can place it between two baking sheets.\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class='one_half et_column_last'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1499\" src=\"https:\/\/hristasherbs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Blog-sitruuna-laventeli-voikeksit-1.jpg.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"375\" height=\"500\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class='clear'><\/div><\/p>\n\n\n<p><div class='one_half'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/br><\/br><\/br><\/br>\n&#8211; Bake the cookies at 180C for 12-14 minutes or until they are golden-brown around the edges. They should remain white on top.\nRemove from the oven, allow them to cool on the tray for 5 minutes.
